Project Description:
This three-story, 54,000 SF, Class ‘A’ office building was the first LEED® Silver Certified office building in Atlantic City, NJ, with 40% of recycled materials used for construction. Fifty percent of building products were sourced within a 500-mile radius, and 95% of construction waste was diverted from landfill disposal.
