Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City – Waterfront Hotel and Bayview Hotel Parking Garages

Project Description:
TN Ward constructed two parking garages for Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City. The first was a five-level, 450,000 SF precast concrete parking garage with 1,250-vehicle capacity for the Bayview Tower. This project was completed in seven months and required a special ventilation system to address methane gas emission from an existing landfill on which the structure was built. The second was the five-level, 250,000 SF precast concrete Waterfront Tower parking garage expansion, with an 850-vehicle capacity, attached to the Bayview Tower garage. The installation of a methane gas ventilation system was required as this was formerly a landfill site.
