Harrah's Chester Racetrack & Casino is awarded Honorable Mention in the Adaptive Re-Use category by Mid-Atlantic Construction Magazine.  T.N. Ward Company was honored for their efforts to salvage the structure of the previous Sun Shipyard Building for re-use in the new casino building.
