Project Description:
The central utilities plant provides 6 MW of power generation; 3,900 tons of chilled water from four (4) centrifugal chillers; and 1,800 BHP of hot water from five (5) non-condensing, gas-fired boilers. The central plant is part of the 300,000 SF facility constructed by TN Ward.
