Robert Saligman Apartments & Ephraim Goldstein Apartments Renovations

Project Description:
TN Ward completed the renovation work at both of these properties simultaneously in 10 months. The Robert Saligman Apartments consist of 180 one-bedroom and efficiency units within a 132,000 SF six-story building. The Shalom Apartments and Arbor House at Ephraim Goldstein Apartments are comprised of 269 one-bedroom and efficiency units within a 210,000 SF 10-story building. Interior upgrades included new kitchens, bathrooms and flooring as well as common room renovations. TN Ward performed gut renovations to all ADA units in addition to an elevator modernization. Exterior upgrades included window replacement, new roofing and façade restoration at both locations. Daily coordination efforts were essential as residents continued to occupy the units for the duration of the renovations.
Prior to this project, TN Ward undertook the renovations of the Samuel Tabas House Apartments.
