Project Description:
This 20-story, 400,000 SF luxury hotel includes 544 guest rooms and suites. Hotel amenities include a roof-top pool, full-service spa & salon, restaurants & lounges, retail stores and meeting space. The tower was constructed within 16 months including 20,000 SF concrete floors completed within three-day cycles. The original budget for was reduced by 50% through value engineering of building façade, systems and finishes plus an accelerated completion strategy.
