Project Description:
This 80,000 SF renovation of a former 1970’s convention center features a contiguous high bay area to create a modern gaming facility with a complex ceiling system above 600 slot machines and 35 table games plus a center bar, four-station buffet and four public restrooms. TN Ward constructed a new dramatic porte-cochère entrance and Pacific Prime restaurant off the casino lobby while maintaining guest access to hotel tower rooms. The fast-track project was completed in six months.
