TN Ward Company (TNW) has completed parking structures to accommodate 12,000 vehicles at urban and suburban locations, including tight curb-to-curb sites with minimal laydown areas. Parking structures have been constructed by TN Ward at active healthcare and academic campus sites. Other parking structures have been built to support commercial operations in the gaming, hospitality, entertainment and conference/convention sectors.
Representative clients include Caesars Entertainment, PPE Casino Resorts Maryland and Realen Properties among others.
