Project Description:

This four-story, 44,500 SF building includes 44 one-bedroom units for seniors, 12 of which are ADA compliant. Smart-home technology features include blinds, light switches, keyless deadbolts and Ring video doorbells integrated with Amazon Alexa. Construction utilized off-site prefabricated wall / floor truss system with MEP infrastructure incorporated. Site improvements included a pavilion, landscaping and traffic signal work.
