Moorestown Mall Restaurants and Food Court Expansion

Project Description:
TN Ward worked with PREIT in their effort to expand and enhance dining options in the Moorestown Mall. This included adding two celebrity, award-winning chef restaurants equipped with full-service kitchen and bar facilities and special equipment for gourmet food preparation: Osteria by Marc Vetri (5,000 SF), an Italian style restaurant, and Distrito by Jose Garces (7,500 SF) a Mexican style restaurant. Work also included core & shell construction for casual dining establishments Firebirds (6,500 SF) and Yard House (10,000 SF). The Food Court expansion included demolition and reconstruction of core & shell space for multiple food & beverage vendors.
