Project Description:

This 130,000 SF two-story community center includes sports & recreation facilities consisting of a three pool aquatic center with an indoor water park, a two level fitness center and full gymnasium as well as dance and exercise studios. One of the most significant energy-saving several features is the pool reheat systems on the roof which saves approximately 33,400 gallons of water per month. The 12.5-acre site also features a synthetic turf athletic field with night lighting.
