801 Residence – Phase 1 Renovations

Project Description:
801 Residence, located in downtown Philadelphia, is a 13-story residential apartment building for low-income senior residents. Phase 1 renovations encompassed 120,000 SF on floors 1 through 8 and included upgrades to 88 studio units, 87 one-bedroom units, community room, main lobby and offices. This ‘renovate-in-place’ project enabled tenants to return to their units at the end of each work day.
