Project Description:

TN Ward was the design-builder for the development of 83 new wood frame modular townhomes and site infrastructure services. The combination of two- and three-story dwelling units plus a community center sit on two parcels encompassing one city block. The unit mix consists of 11 one-bedroom units; 36 two-bedroom units; 32 three-bedroom units; and 4 four-bedroom units plus one management office. Site development services included earthwork and excavation; new green infrastructure; underground utilities; and site improvements, including new curbs and paving, encompassing two city blocks. This project is part of PHA’s transformation plan for the Sharswood-Blumberg neighborhood in North Philadelphia.
