Project Description:

TN Ward constructed this three-story, 41,300 SF building on a multi-lot parcel in North Philadelphia. The new facility provides 44 affordable residential units for seniors and is comprised of 38 one-bedroom and six (6) two bedroom apartments. Six units are fully ADA-accessible. The facility also houses the leasing office, a laundry room, and a community room for both residents and members of the surrounding community. The lot development includes green space for gardening. The building achieved Passive House Certification.
