This six-story, 66,490 SF building, consisting of 42 one-bedroom senior citizen residential units, sits on the 1.446-acre site of the former St. Bartholomew Catholic School building in Northeast Philadelphia. The first floor features a 14,800 SF LIFE Center with full-service kitchen, dining facilities, medical suite, and physical therapy space.
