Project Description:

The 10,000 SF rehabilitation of this c.1925 structure included abatement, interior demolition and alterations, plus building and site improvements. Interior renovations included entry area and restroom upgrades, new flooring and lighting, and MEP systems replacement. Exterior building renovations included masonry wall repair/waterproofing, door and window replacement, and roof repairs. Site improvements included new sidewalks, ADA-accessible ramps and railings, building and site lighting, and landscaping.

This project is part of the City of Philadelphia’s Rebuild initiative to improve parks, recreation centers, and libraries.
