One Montgomery Plaza Façade Upgrade

Project Description:
TN Ward performed this 71,000 SF exterior façade replacement on Montgomery County’s combined 8-story/10-story office building utilizing structural panelized walls with aluminum composite panels, curtainwall and windows. The project scope also included roof repair in addition to replacing the existing plaza with a new concrete slab, cast stone wall panels and ornamental railings. The five-phase renovation was completed over a two-year period while the building remained occupied.
