Hartranft Community Center
Philadelphia, PA

Project Description:

This design-build project involved the full rehabilitation of a two‑level, 28,000 SF community center and a 25,000 SF playground managed by Philadelphia Parks & Recreation. Project scope included installing new composite windows, MEP system, VCT flooring and drywall including interior finishes, and installing a new playground surface and equipment.

As part of the City of Philadelphia’s Rebuild initiative and PHA’s Fairhill neighborhood revitalization strategy, the Hartranft Community Center fosters public health, social connection, and local pride, serving as a safe, sustainable anchor for one of the City’s most underserved neighborhoods.
