PNC Bank Arts Center Improvements

Project Description:
Renovations of the 50-year-old Live Nation venue included eight (8) new bathroom and concession stands on the north and south plazas. The work also included related site infrastructure (new plumbing, sanitary), miscellaneous renovations to four (4 ) existing buildings, office renovations, fire and safety upgrades, new electrical services, tele/data and networked fire alarm system. Amphitheater improvements included concrete surface repairs as well as extensive lighting improvements and repairs.
