Project Description:
This 52,000 SF extensive renovation of a former school of nursing building at the Temple Episcopal Campus provides 54 efficiency apartments of long-term supportive housing on three floors with social spaces on each floor. Short-term housing for up to 12 persons with substance abuse disorders and supplementary services are also offered.
A 3,000 SF learning center provides residents employment and education services, including assistance with certifications, computer training, on-the-job coaching, skill development, and support needed for ongoing housing stability.
