Project Description:
TN Ward performed this extensive renovation of the former 15-story Franklin Hotel at Independence Park. The project scope included renovating 156 guest rooms and corridors on 13 floors comprising 70,000 SF of space. Public space improvements consisted of new commercial kitchen & dining area; two (2) full-service bars with lounge seating; new registration | host station; Lobby finish upgrades; gut & rebuild of lobby rest rooms; and relocation of hotel operations offices.
