Project Description:
TN Ward was retained to complete this 119,000 SF middle school following the release of a non-performing general contractor. Within just five months, 50% of the original scope was completed enabling the Board of Education open the facility for the upcoming school year. The three-story, steel-framed structure is located at an urban site includes classrooms plus small group instruction learning spaces for art, science, and music. This LEED certified building also includes a gymnasium, media center and cafetorium. A portion of the building houses the Atlantic City Free Public Library Branch on the ground floor.
