Project Description:

TN Ward built the home of the Philadelphia Union Major League Soccer club, formerly known as PPL Park. With a seating capacity of 18,500 for soccer, football and rugby games and 26,000 for concert events, this facility features 30 luxury suites and an 11,000 SF full-service club restaurant. Amenities include 21 vendor food & beverage concessions / retail shops; team locker rooms; public restrooms & elevator banks. Eighty-nine percent of construction debris was diverted from landfills. The stadium was the catalyst for Chester’s waterfront revitalization project.
