Project Description:

This three-story 38,400 SF apartment building provides 30 one‐, two‐, and three‐bedroom units of affordable housing for women in substance abuse recovery and their children. The facility also houses a classroom for continuing education and training, a community room with full kitchen for shared meals, laundry facilities on two floors, and offices for on-site property manager and part-time social worker. Outdoor space includes a terrace with picnic tables that extends to a playground.
