Project Description:

TN Ward managed the 11,635 SF renovation, expansion and upgrades to the existing facility. Project scope included Lobby addition with new elevator, Fitness Center expansion, Aquatics Center upgrades, new Locker Rooms and MEP/FP Systems replacement. Space reconfiguration increased the building’s square footage while reducing the footprint to accommodate additional parking. Exterior upgrades included a new curtain wall and EIFS and fiber cement siding façade.
